Work arrangement:
- Hybrid: Onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday; other days as required by project planned deliverables
- W2 position; 12 months

- Lead multiple concurrent projects (typically 1-5) within a strong matrix environment, utilizing Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, communication strategies, risk management plans, and other key artifacts from initiation through closure.
- Ensure all project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and in scope, adhering to the client s standards and quality expectations.
- Oversee the daily execution and maintenance of project plans and communications, ensuring alignment across all stakeholders.
- Facilitate effective communication among project participants through meetings, written correspondence, status reports, and documentation in accordance with organizational standards.
- Monitor resource allocation and deliverables to ensure alignment with project specifications and budgeted hours.
- Identify, track, and manage project risks, issues, and changes that may impact scope, budget, or timelines.
- Provide timely and clear project status updates, both written and verbal, to stakeholders and leadership as needed.
- Windows applications: Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint Online, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, Teams, etc.

- 5 years of IT experience in a leadership capacity, including 2 years of experience leading two or more concurrent project teams.
- The Senior Project Manager will report to a Portfolio Manager and be part of a collaborative team of 8-10 experienced Project Managers. Project teams typically range from 8 to 20 members, depending on scope and complexity.
- This team supports a diverse set of technology portfolios, including Data Exchange, Telephony, Mobile and Full Site platforms, as well as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Responsible for overall coordination, status reporting, and stability of project-oriented work efforts. Responsible for moderate number of work efforts simultaneously that vary from a smaller to a moderate scale, with smaller number of hours to moderate number of hours, and with moderate system impacts and moderate scope and complexity. Adheres to project management processes and methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budgeted hours, adheres to high quality standards, and meets ISSM expectations. Monitors project plans, assignments and work efforts on a daily basis. Ensures resource needs are assigned appropriately and escalates functional, quality, timeline issues. Tracks key project milestones and adjusts project plans to meet the needs of work effort. Responsible for leading the project from inception to final business acceptance and implementation.
- Develops and monitors project plans, risk management plans, and project documentation from scope to post implementation. Ensures project documentation and deliverables are complete, on budget, within scope, and in accordance with standards.
- Identifies items that impact the scope, budget, risk, and resources of the work effort. Monitors resource requirements based on project specifications. Ensures resources are assigned to meet project objectives while managing project hours budgeted.
- Responsible for the development, execution, and maintenance of project communications. Facilitates effective communications between all parties involved in the project and/or work efforts. This will include meetings, correspondence, status reports and other documentation.
- Identifies the impact of issues arising from the work efforts and/or resource requirements. Manages the project issues throughout the project life cycle. Communicates the implications of changes to the project scope with senior management and other appropriate parties.
- Responsible for ensuring all work efforts have appropriate documentation for audit purposes utilizing project methodology standards in accordance with the ISSM.

- Bachelor's degree (any major)
- OR, 2 years of job-related experience plus an Associate s degree in any major
- OR, 4 years of job-related work experience (total of 9 years of job-related work experience without a degree)
