Cognos TM1 Developer / IBM Planning Analytics Consultant

We are seeking a skilled Cognos TM1 Consultant to design, develop, and support enterprise-level planning, budgeting, and forecasting applications using IBM Cognos TM1/Planning Analytics. The ideal candidate will have experience working with multidimensional models, strong financial domain knowledge, and excellent problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain TM1 cubes, rules, feeders, and TurboIntegrator (TI) processes.
Gather and analyze business requirements to deliver reliable and scalable financial planning models.
Develop reports and dashboards using Planning Analytics Workspace (PAW) and Planning Analytics for Excel (PAfE).
Collaborate with finance teams, business users, and IT to support planning and reporting initiatives.
Optimize performance of TM1 models and processes.
Migrate models across development, testing, and production environments.
Provide production support and resolve system issues in a timely manner.
Maintain documentation related to models, processes, and user guides.
Assist with upgrades, patches, and enhancements to IBM Planning Analytics platform.
Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
6-10 years of hands-on experience with IBM Cognos TM1 / Planning Analytics.
Strong experience with TM1 Rules, Feeders, TurboIntegrator (TI) scripts.
Proficient in Planning Analytics Workspace (PAW) and Planning Analytics for Excel (PAfE).
Solid understanding of OLAP concepts and multidimensional data modeling.
Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
Experience with version control tools and deployment methodologies is a plus.
Knowledge of IBM Cognos BI or other reporting tools is a plus.
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
