We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA FI/CO Architect with deep expertise in Product Costing and Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR) to join our SAP transformation team. This role will be responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing SAP S/4HANA finance solutions that align with business requirements and industry best practices.
The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset, hands-on configuration experience, and a strong ability to engage with both finance stakeholders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA FI/CO modules, with a focus on Product Costing (CO-PC) and Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR).

Work closely with business stakeholders in Finance, Controlling, and Operations to understand requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.

Define the end-to-end solution architecture for costing processes, profitability analysis, and revenue recognition.

Configure and enhance SAP FI/CO modules, especially:
Product Cost Planning
Cost Object Controlling
Actual Costing / Material Ledger
Results Analysis (RA)

RAR (IFRS 15 compliance)
Ensure alignment with SAP best practices and the SAP Activate methodology.
Support data migration activities for historical financial and cost data.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (SD, MM, PP, PS) to ensure process integration.
Lead or participate in Fit-to-Standard workshops, gap analysis, and functional specifications.
Support testing, training, and go-live activities.
Provide thought leadership on finance transformation and cost management strategy.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field
10+ years of SAP FI/CO experience, with 2+ full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementations
Deep expertise in Product Costing (CO-PC) and Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR)

Strong functional understanding of controlling processes, including:
Costing variants, cost estimates, and settlement structures
Revenue recognition and contract accounting (RAR)
Hands-on configuration experience in FI-GL, FI-AR, FI-AP, CO-CCA, CO-PA, and CO-PC
Solid knowledge of IFRS 15 / ASC 606 and compliance reporting
Experience working with SAP Fiori apps for finance
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Preferred Skills:
SAP Certification in FI/CO or S/4HANA Finance
Experience in Central Finance (CFIN) or Group Reporting
Industry experience in Manufacturing, Technology, or Subscription-based businesses
Familiarity with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) or embedded analytics
Integration knowledge with SD, MM, and PS modules
Prior experience working in Agile or Hybrid environments
