Required Education:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
Candidate Requirements
Experience: Minimum 5 years in manufacturing, with a proven track record in project completion and leading new process setup.
Technical Skills:
oMust Have: Heavy experience with MES and/or SCADA systems.
oMust Have: Experience with SQL Server and performing queries.
oExperience with ERP systems, simulation software, and engineering tools (e.g., Minitab, MATLAB).
oAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Industry Preference: Experience in Automotive / Truck manufacturing or other high-volume manufacturing industries.
Soft Skills: Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills. Must be adaptable and able to work independently.
Primary Responsibilities
Lead and implement changes to the MES system, including configurations and deployments.
Support new product introductions (NPI) involving MES.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, manage project timelines, resources, and budgets.
Develop training plans, create manufacturing documentation, and coordinate pilot builds.
Support other manufacturing engineers and be adaptable to various tasks as needed.
Ensure all work follows company safety standards (OSHA, ANSI) and confidentiality agreements.
