Title: Events Coordinator Salesforce & Cvent

Location: 100% Remote

Duration: Long Term

Ideal Candidate Profile:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Events Coordinator with hands-on experience using Salesforce (for events-related workflows only) and Cvent to support planning, execution, and reporting of corporate events.

The role involves coordinating logistics, managing attendee data, supporting event technology platforms, and ensuring seamless end-to-end event operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Event Planning & Coordination:

Assist in planning and executing corporate events, conferences, webinars, and client-facing programs.

Create and manage event registration pages, invitation lists, and email campaigns in Cvent.

Maintain attendee lists, track registrations, and monitor event engagement reports.

Assist with post-event surveys, feedback forms, and analytics using Cvent reporting tools.

Salesforce (Events Coordination Only):

Manage event-related data in Salesforce including lead/attendee records, campaign tracking, and attendance tagging.

Generate dashboards and reports for event performance, attendee trends, and ROI metrics.

Ensure accuracy and cleanliness of event data and assist in syncing information between

Salesforce and Cvent where applicable.

Communication & Stakeholder Support:

Coordinate internal communication regarding event updates, schedules, and deliverables.
Work with marketing teams to support branding, event assets, and promotional materials.

Required Skills & Experience:

2 5 years of professional experience in event coordination or event operations.

Hands-on experience with Cvent (Event Management, Registration, Email Marketing).

Practical working experience in Salesforce limited to event workflows campaigns, attendee tracking, reporting.

Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.

Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple events simultaneously.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
