SAP Quality Management (QM) Functional Consultant

We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated SAP Quality Management (QM) Functional Consultant for a 6-month contract position. The ideal candidate will bring a deep functional expertise in SAP QM, hands-on experience with S/4HANA, and a background in the manufacturing industry. This role offers the opportunity to deliver high-impact solutions tailored to the needs of a dynamic production environment.

• Act as the primary SAP QM Functional Consultant, leading the implementation, configuration, and optimization of SAP QM modules to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to collect, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into effective SAP QM solutions.
• Configure and enhance SAP QM modules, including functionality for quality planning, quality inspection, quality notifications, and compliance.
• Utilize S/4HANA capabilities to deliver advanced and scalable solutions that align with manufacturing industry best practices.
• Conduct testing, troubleshoot issues, and address gaps to ensure the successful delivery of SAP QM solutions.
• Support continuous process and system improvement initiatives within the quality management landscape.
• Provide end-user training and support during and post-implementation to maximize solution adoption.
• Stay informed on SAP QM and S/4HANA updates and innovations to implement best practices within the organization.

• 5+ years of SAP Quality Management (QM) functional consulting experience with a proven track record of leading implementations and configurations.
• Strong expertise in configuring QM modules such as quality inspections, notifications, and reporting functionalities.
• Hands-on experience with S/4HANA, particularly in implementation or migration projects.
• Deep understanding of quality management practices within the manufacturing industry and how they integrate with SAP solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to bridge technical and business requirements effectively.
• Demonstrated experience with SAP project lifecycles, including blueprinting, testing, deployment, and support.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills to clearly convey solutions and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• SAP certification in QM or related modules is a plus.
• Familiarity with other SAP modules, such as MM, PP, or SD, and their integration with QM.
• Knowledge of manufacturing compliance standards and methodologies, such as ISO or Six Sigma.
• Experience in troubleshooting, debugging, and issue resolution during SAP implementations.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced project environment and meet tight deadlines.

• Weekly Pay for Contractors who wish to go as a W2 Consultant
• Possible extensions as the project is expected to take 12+ months if there are no hiccups.
