We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of PeopleSoft-related initiatives across our enterprise. The ideal candidate will have a proven background managing complex ERP projects, with a strong understanding of PeopleSoft applications and implementation methodologies.
This is a hybrid role requiring up to 25% travel to one of our corporate sites (Dallas, St. Louis, or Seattle) for stakeholder meetings, workshops, and project oversight.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
- Lead full lifecycle PeopleSoft projects, including upgrades, enhancements, integrations, and module rollouts.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, functional teams, technical teams, and external vendors.
- Oversee risk management, issue resolution, and change control processes.
- Ensure adherence to Aerospace & Defense compliance standards (e.g., ITAR, DFARS, NIST) during project execution.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and post-implementation support.
- Monitor project performance, providing executive-level updates and progress reports.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance system functionality.
- Foster collaboration across geographically distributed teams and ensure alignment with strategic business goals.
Requirements:
- IT project management experience with at least 5 years in PeopleSoft (HCM, FSCM, or Campus Solutions).
- Preferred background in managing projects within the Aerospace & Defense domain.
- Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft architecture, modules, and upgrade methodologies.
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with global, cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the Aerospace & Defense industry with an understanding of industry-specific compliance, manufacturing, or supply chain processes.
- PMP or Project Management Professional certification (or equivalent).
- Familiarity with Agile, Hybrid, or Waterfall methodologies.
- Exposure to cloud migration projects or PeopleSoft on OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure).
- Experience managing vendor relationships and third-party service providers.
