JOB DESCRIPTION:

·        84 months experience eliciting business requirements from business customers or system artifacts and maintaining such requirements.

·        84 months experience developing business requirements and process documentation such as use cases, process flows, screen mock-ups, and data dictionaries.

·        84 months experience creating test plans and test cases, executing functional and system tests including regression tests. Ensure appropriate test coverage by mapping system requirements to test cases.

·        84 months experience identifying and documenting application defects, tracking defects to resolution, and performing retesting as required.

·        84 months of experience working with Health Insurance or the Affordable Care Act or Medicaid which includes Eligibility and Enrollment (not Health Care). 

·        84 months of experience with ETL tools, batch jobs, Rational Quality Manager, Report Development using IBM Cognos or HIPAA compliant X12 format for EDI transactions                   

·        60 months of experience in reviewing and evaluating technical specifications for compliance with business objectives and requirements.
