Warehouse Operations Manager

Job Description:

Experience in Warehouse Operations Management in the US and Canada, along with experience in Direct to Consumer Operations, is a must.

Candidate preferably lives in the vicinity of Chicago or Chino, California.

Warehouse Manager effectively and efficiently manages US Distribution Centers with a Customer Service focus, driving the Operations Performance at a level of Excellence, Teamworking with Supply Chain teams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Distribution Centers' overall Performance
• Define, Track, and Manage KPI s
• Coordinate the Production efforts across Distribution Centers to accomplish the Product Demand on time
• Effectively communicate and coordinate with the Distribution Centers Management team to accomplish the goals
• Liaison between Distribution Centers and Supply Chain
• Focus and promote continuous improvement across the Operations
• Standardize Distribution Centers processes
• Support the Inventory Management across Operations
• Main Point of Contact for Supply Chain Operations needs/demands to Distribution Centers

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 of years of experience, multi-region and remote Operations management experience is a plus.
• Business and Administration bachelor s degree or equivalent experience in Operations Management (Logistics).

Skills/Qualifications:

• SAP, WMS and TMS experience
• Process Improvement and Lean Manufacturing tools

Desired qualifications:

• APICS Certification, C-TPAT, Inventory Control, Quality Management Systems, Project Management, etc.
