ServiceNow IRM Developer

Currently, we are searching for a ServiceNow IRM Developer to join our team in a 100% remote capacity to support the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ServiceNow s GRC modules and a solid understanding of risk, compliance, audit, and security frameworks.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow IRM applications including Policy and Compliance Management, Risk Management, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk Management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, identify gaps, and deliver functional and technical solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, data imports, and integrations within the IRM framework.
• Create custom reports, dashboards, and performance analytics to support GRC processes and metrics.
• Maintain and enhance platform security, performance, and user experience.
• Support upgrades, patching, and platform enhancements while maintaining IRM module integrity.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application and technical issues related to the IRM suite.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum development cycles, including sprint planning, review, and retrospectives.
• Provide documentation and user training as needed.

Minimum Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field, preferred.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Risk and Compliance or equivalent certifications.
• 3+ years of hands-on development experience with ServiceNow, including at least 1 2 years focused on the IRM/GRC modules.
• Proficiency with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow Glide scripting.
• Strong understanding of GRC frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, SOX, HIPAA, or GDPR.
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, etc.)
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience with SecOps, Vulnerability Response, or Security Incident Response modules.
• Regular and predictable attendance
