Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Cyber Security IT/OT Specialist to support and enhance the organization s cybersecurity posture across both Information Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT) environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing, monitoring, and maintaining secure systems, networks, and controls for industrial and enterprise operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and manage cybersecurity controls across IT and OT networks.
• Monitor, assess, and respond to security incidents and vulnerabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with security standards and best practices.
• Conduct risk assessments, penetration tests, and security audits for IT/OT infrastructure.
• Develop and enforce policies, procedures, and frameworks for network and system security.
• Ensure secure connectivity between IT and OT environments while maintaining system integrity and uptime.
• Support incident response and forensic investigations when required.
• Stay current with emerging cybersecurity threats, tools, and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, network security, and industrial control systems (ICS).
• Experience securing SCADA systems, PLC networks, and industrial automation technologies.
• Hands-on experience with firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, endpoint protection, and vulnerability management tools.
• Familiarity with NIST, ISO 27001, IEC 62443, or similar frameworks.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in hybrid IT/OT environments and coordinate with both technical and operational teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5 8 years of relevant cybersecurity experience (preferably in both IT and OT domains).
• Industry certifications such as CISSP, GICSP, CEH, or CISM are a plus.
