RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer in Tempe, AZ.

Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Systems Engineer Consultant to join our team to provide architectural governance and strategic guidance for the Microsoft Power Platform and Fabric environment.

Responsibilities:
* Infrastructure Engineer will architect a secure Microsoft 365 Power Platform and Fabric environment, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies
* Provide strategic guidance on the integration and optimization of Power Platform and Fabric within the broader Microsoft 365 ecosystem; Drive Microsoft 365 Power Platform and Microsoft Fabric implementations through all project phases from discovery, licensing, and cost benefit analysis - to deployment and lifecycle management
* Collaborate with members of the development and architecture teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions that surpass client expectations; Develop and implement Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies specifically for Fabric and Power Platform connectors to safeguard sensitive data and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards
* Work with different stakeholders throughout the organization to determine the auditing process for Fabric and Power Platform
* As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will architect managed environments within Power Platform to optimize performance, scalability, and security
* Design and implement deployment pipelines in Power Platform to streamline the rollout of new applications and/or solutions
* Participate as an active member of discovery workshops, documentation development and business development, and will develop, integrate, and test quality solutions
* Support team in the ability to operate in both waterfall and agile delivery approaches

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree and 8 years of experience in Systems engineer including systems programmer, scripting, troubleshooting or High School diploma or GED and 12 years of experience in Systems engineer including systems programmer, scripting, troubleshooting
* The ideal candidate will have a strong background in systems engineering with a specific focus on Microsoft technologies, specifically Power Platform and Fabric
* Design and Architecture experience in Office 365, Power BI, and Fabric, including governance, policy definition, process creation and license management
* Familiarity with Canvas, Dataverse, and Cloud Flow automation
* Experience in the management of on-premises Data forwarders and their connections
* Power Platform Center of Excellence (COE)

Preferred Skills:
* Bachelor's degree; Preferred Area of Study: Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Computer Information Systems
* Preferred Area of Experience: Microsoft 365, Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse, Power Virtual Agents/Microsoft CoPilot), Fabric (Power Bi, OneLake, Factory, Synapse Data Warehouse, Synapse Data Engineering, Synapse Real-Time Analytics), SharePoint, Windows Server, Azure, DevOps, CI/CD Pipelines
* Dynamics 365 experience
* Configuring DevOps pipelines for automated Power Platform deployments
* Power Automate Desktop RPA and AI Builder technologies
* PowerApps integration with Azure API Apps and REST services
* Familiarity with architecture principles, best practices, and industry standards
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and technical troubleshooting skills
* Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively across different teams and stakeholders

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
