Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Change Management Specialist to support organizational transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a key role in preparing employees and leaders for changes related to new technologies, processes, and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive change management strategies that prepare employees for upcoming technology and process transformations.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships across all levels of the organization, from front-line staff to leadership.
  • Assess organizational impact and help design the transition from current ("as-is") to future ("to-be") business processes.
  • Conduct effective business interviews to gather, analyze, and synthesize critical information.
  • Develop and deliver clear communication and presentations to various stakeholders.
  • Use Visio to create detailed process maps and compare existing workflows to proposed new processes.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support through the change process.
  • Navigate fast-paced environments, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
