Description

We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to join our team in Draper, Utah. This role involves leading strategic initiatives, managing complex program portfolios, and fostering collaboration across diverse teams to drive impactful business and technology outcomes. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience and a strong background in agile methodologies and program leadership.

Responsibilities:
Oversee the execution of strategic, business, and technology initiatives, ensuring timely and quality delivery within budget.
Implement and manage agile program management frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe methodologies.
Drive the adoption of agile practices and maturity plans, such as Scrum implementation and continuous quarterly planning.
Coordinate cross-functional planning activities, including milestone setting, resource allocation, and budget forecasting.
Address escalated project issues, develop solutions, and ensure smooth project delivery.
Monitor project metrics to identify areas for improvement and recommend operational enhancements.
Prepare and present comprehensive reports detailing accomplishments, risks, next steps, and other key metrics.
Ensure alignment across technology ecosystems by collaborating with platform and value stream leaders.
Provide strategic governance by establishing and maintaining standards, processes, and tools for effective project management.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration within the technology organization.

Requirements

Minimum of 10 years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in program leadership roles.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong expertise in agile methodologies, including Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban.
Project Management certification is highly desirable.
Proficiency in tools such as Atlassian Jira, Clarity PPM, and other project management platforms.
Exceptional leadership and decision-making abilities, with a proven track record of inspiring and motivating teams.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong executive presence and ability to engage effectively with leaders at all organizational levels.
