Job Description:
Seeking a Contract Admin for a perm position for a financial services company. This position is a hybrid position (2-3 days onsite).
Seeking local candidates. Pay is based on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Execute procurement activities in supporting company goals and objectives
- Execute procurement activities within Ariba Contract and Procurement modules with focus on contract administration
- Responsible for contract and contract lifecycle management track and manage contracts
- Execution and release purchase orders in Ariba Procurement module as needed
- Create Ariba reports as needed
- Manage and advance Ariba system updates and issues for Procurement team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams among business stakeholders, legal, information security, vendor risk management and finance functions to drive execution of contract workspaces and supplier onboarding
- Adhere to company risk management/control framework
Skills:
- 3+ years contract administration/procurement experience
- 1+ year Ariba (or similar P2P software) experience
- Experience working in the financial services industry (preferred)
- Bachelor s Degree (preferred)
