Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Thermal and Combustion Process Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, and optimization of industrial thermal and combustion systems. You will be working closely with various teams to ensure the efficiency and safety of our operations, while also contributing to the development of innovative energy systems. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies in the engineering industry, and requires a highly motivated individual who can thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and optimize thermal and combustion systems to ensure efficiency and safety in operations.
2. Conduct complex analyses and simulations to improve the performance of existing systems and develop new ones.
3. Collaborate with various teams to identify and solve problems related to thermal and combustion processes.
4. Implement and manage predictive fuel systems to optimize fuel consumption and reduce emissions.
5. Oversee the operation and maintenance of industrial kilns, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
6. Conduct research on the latest trends and technologies in the field of thermal and combustion engineering, and make recommendations for their implementation.
7. Develop and implement maintenance and inspection procedures for thermal and combustion systems.
8. Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and other team members.
9. Prepare detailed reports on the performance of thermal and combustion systems, and present findings to senior management.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field. A Master's degree or Ph.D. will be highly advantageous.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in thermal and combustion engineering.
3. Proven experience with oxy fuel, predictive fuel systems, industrial kiln, thermal, combustion, and energy systems.
4. Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical principles, as well as safety regulations and standards in the engineering industry.
5. Proficiency in using design and simulation software, as well as other tools used in thermal and combustion engineering.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and solve complex technical problems.
7. Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams.
8. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.
9. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field of thermal and combustion engineering.
