This hybrid role will dedicate approximately 70% of time to Agile Scrum Master responsibilities and 30% to business and systems analysis. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for driving team performance and delivering business value.


Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
- Serve as a servant-leader to the team, removing impediments and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a well-groomed backlog aligned with business priorities.
- Track sprint progress, team velocity, and delivery metrics using tools like Jira or Power BI.
- Coach team members on Agile best practices and support Agile maturity across the organization.
- Elicit, analyze, and document business and technical requirements from stakeholders.
Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
- Conduct process modeling, data flow analysis, and system impact assessments.
- Partner with developers, QA, and business teams to ensure solutions meet requirements.
- Support UAT planning and execution.


Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis or Agile delivery roles (Scrum Master)
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFE) and SDLC.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Agile tools, reporting and dashboards (Jira)
- Experience with business process modeling and systems integration.


Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, or equivalent.
- Experience in Fintech or Banking.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools or SQL is a plus.
- Experience leading multiple teams concurrently (i.e., supporting two+ teams in parallel)
- Experience working with resources across locations/time zones
