We have partnered with our client in their search for a Jira Administrator


Position Overview:
Our client is seeking an experienced Jira Administrator to maximize the value of their Jira systems. This role will focus on improving Jira Service Management (JSM) usage, generating actionable reports, and implementing best practices across the platform. You will work closely with IT and business teams to enhance workflows and optimize processes.




Key Responsibilities



  • Administer and configure Jira and Jira Service Management (JSM) to meet organizational needs.

  • Develop and implement best practices for Jira usage across teams.

  • Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and metrics for leadership visibility.

  • Enhance ITIL/ITSM processes within Jira Service Management.

  • Design and implement Kanban boards, workflows, and automation rules.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements and optimize Jira functionality.

  • Provide guidance and training to teams on Jira best practices.




Must-Have Qualifications



  • Proven Jira administration experience, with deep knowledge of Jira Service Management (JSM).

  • Strong understanding of ITIL/ITSM frameworks and experience enhancing these processes.

  • Hands-on experience implementing Kanban boards and workflow automation.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Remote work flexibility, with availability during Pacific Time hours.
