Job Description:
o Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and alignment on project goals.
o Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles and best practices to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
o Remove impediments and obstacles that may hinder the teams progress.
o Ensure the team adheres to Scrum processes and practices, promoting accountability and transparency.
o Work closely with product owners to manage the product backlog and prioritize work based on business value.
o Track and report on key metrics to monitor team performance and project progress.
Must Have Technologies:
o Scrum/Agile Methodologies: Deep understanding of Scrum and Agile principles.
o Team Operations Focus: Strong ability to manage team dynamics and foster collaboration.
o Project Management Tools: Proficiency with tools like Jira, Trello, or similar for managing Agile projects.
o Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
o Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues that may impact project delivery.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
o Scrum/Agile Certification: Certification in Scrum or Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PMI-ACP)
o Financial Background: Understanding of financial systems and regulations.
