Are you proficient in writing flexible SQL code and managing SSIS packages, detail oriented, able to solve problems independently, communicate complex issues succinctly, and be team oriented? As a Private Bank Finance Management Information Solutions Vice President within our finance team, you will work hand-in-hand with product finance, regional finance, central P&A, technology, and senior leadership to craft the data used by the entire organization for financial reporting, analysis, advisor metrics, forecasting, and budgeting. You will manage SQL procedures and SSIS packages, engage with the business to answer questions regarding our financial data, and work with our technology partners to build requirements for our upcoming migration to AWS. This role provides an opportunity to be detail oriented, creative, innovative, and enjoy a fast paced challenging environment.

Job responsibilities:
  • Manage an existing set of SQL procedures and SSIS packages to run production jobs on a monthly basis
  • Partner with finance teams to define required updates or additions to processes to enhance our financial data and reporting capabilities
  • Engage with the business to answer questions regarding our financial data and impact to reporting
  • Work with our technology partners to build requirements, testing procedures, and enhancements for our upcoming migration to AWS
  • Partner with finance and MIS teams to ensure the consistency and accuracy of data and reporting
  • Engage with the business to provide analytical and reporting support throughout the month

Must be detail oriented, creative, innovative, and enjoy a fast paced challenging environment. Must enjoy working as a member of a team and posses the ability to work independently. Experience in relational database platforms such as SQL Server is a must.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related major (i.e. Computer Science, Information Systems etc.,) plus 3 year of experience or 5 years of relevant work experience will be required.
  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in SQL Server 2012 or higher is required
  • Proven background with systems support and direct contact with users to resolve issues with financial business applications.
  • Experience/understanding of business process reengineering and business modeling concepts, business systems development and analysis

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
  • Strong communication and writing skills with the ability to work with the business to help facilitate reporting efficiencies
