Role- Quadient Inspire API Developer

Location: Remote

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our Document Composition & Generation Team within the Customer Communications Management (CCM) service line. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in the Quadient Inspire platform, strong programming skills, and a solid understanding of API and database technologies. This role is pivotal in developing and implementing dynamic, secure, and scalable customer communication solutions.

CCM (Customer Communications Management)

CXM (Customer Experience Management)

Required Skills:

Design, develop, test, and deploy customer communication workflows using the Quadient Inspire platform.

Utilize Quadient Inspire modules including Designer, Scalar, Content Manager, Automation, Interactive, and Approve Workflow.

Familiarity with Precisely EngageOne platform

Develop and implement RESTful and SOAP APIs, ensuring integration security and scalability.

Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve internal and external inquiries regarding inputs, outputs, intended usage, and strategic planning.

Ensure all solutions align with internal controls, quality assurance standards, and performance expectations.

Required Qualifications:

8+ years of professional experience in software engineering or a related field.

Proficiency with Quadient Inspire Platform (required).

Experience with API technologies such as REST and SOAP.

Strong programming skills in one or more languages: Java, Python, Ruby, JavaScript, C#.

Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with database design and queries.

Experience with version control systems, particularly GitHub.

Experience with Customer Communications Management (CCM) platforms.
