Job Details
A client of Sharp Decisions is looking to hire a Bioengineering, Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineer for one of our clients located in Santa Clara, CA 95050. The pay rate is $61/hour on W2.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- 0-5 years applicable industry experience. Preferably 2+ years' experience.
- B.S. in bioengineering, electrical or mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, statistics, or a related discipline with a background in molecular biology, biochemistry, or surface/materials science.
- Meticulous attention to detail and excellent written and electronic record keeping skills.
- Proficiency in writing technical reports and verbally communicating with other technical staff.
- Excellent troubleshooting (experimental, instrument, device, software, reagents) and problem solving skills, along with experimental design experience.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work well in a team.
- Prefer experience with statistical data analysis using JMP or Python.
- Prefer Python programming experience.
- Prefer understanding of or experience with DNA manipulation techniques, sequencing methodologies, or other wet laboratory instrumentation.
