RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Bedford, MA that is seeking an experienced, self-driven Product Manager to join our Digital Customer Experience (CX) team. The Product Manager will lead the development and optimization of digital products across the customer journey, translating business goals into impactful product strategies. In this role, the Product Manager will own the product roadmap, work cross-functionally in an Agile environment, and drive delivery of digital experiences that improve customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Define and execute product roadmaps based on customer needs, market trends, and business goals
* Prioritize and manage product backlogs in collaboration with stakeholders
* Lead cross-functional teams through full product lifecycle
* Translate customer insights into product features and measurable outcomes
* Align product initiatives with enterprise-wide strategies
* Contribute to business case development and release planning
* Serve as point of escalation for product-related delivery challenges
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree required
* 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in digital or customer experience
* Experience in customer journey mapping and delivering scalable digital solutions
* Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (SAFe is a plus)
* Strong leadership and communication skills with an enterprise mindset
* Proven ability to lead without authority and drive cross-functional collaboration
* Background in healthcare, medical devices, or CRM/Web platforms is a plus
Nice to Have:
* Experience in the medical device industry
* Familiarity with digital CX best practices
* Understanding of diabetes care is a bonus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
