Title: IT Business Analyst

Location: Regional Description (Hybrid)
Employment Type: Contract

Compensation
Pay Range:$37.26-$53.24/Hrs

Description
Provide business metric and program analysis to support various levels of projects.
Assist in developing solutions for referral processes using a consultative approach.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders on architectural designs and business value realization.
Develop solutions for the sales lifecycle including research, solutioning, referrals, application, onboarding, and servicing.
Build and maintain relationships with product owners and work closely with other departments.
Think strategically and perform proactively with limited supervision.
Work in a fast-paced, demanding, client-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
Translate business and user needs into requirements across the sales lifecycle.
Partner with technology in an agile environment to implement changes.
Create user stories and business requirements, tracking project milestones.
Drive process improvements and standardize processes across departments.
Deliver change that ensures data integrity and quality.
Create and execute business acceptance test plans and scripts.
Facilitate meetings with stakeholders and subject matter experts.

Qualifications
2 to 5 years of CRM experience.
3-5 years of experience on large scale projects/initiatives.
Experience with CRM and generic CRM platforms.
Agile software development experience including user stories and testing.
Strong analytical and data skills.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and strategies in parallel.
