Title: SNOW - Now Assist Specialist
Location: Remote
Duration: 6+ Months
About the Role
Lead the deployment and optimization of ServiceNow's Now Assist generative AI platform. You'll build AI-powered copilots and virtual agents that transform how our organization delivers IT, HR, and customer services.
Key Responsibilities
- Deploy and configure Now Assist AI features across service workflows
- Design and build generative AI skills for incident resolution, case management, and employee support
- Create and optimize AI prompts to improve accuracy and user satisfaction
- Establish AI governance frameworks ensuring ethical and compliant use
- Monitor Now Assist performance metrics and continuously refine AI behavior
- Train teams on Now Assist capabilities and drive user adoption
- Stay current on Now Assist features and generative AI best practices
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years ServiceNow experience with focus on AI/automation
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Hands-on experience with Now Assist, Virtual Agent, or similar AI platforms
- Strong understanding of generative AI, LLMs, and prompt engineering
- Experience designing conversational AI flows and natural language interactions
- Ability to measure and communicate AI performance metrics
- Excellent stakeholder collaboration and training skills
Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow CIS certification or Now Assist certification
- Experience with AI governance, model fine-tuning, or MLOps
- Knowledge of AI Search and Predictive Intelligence
- Background in AI ethics or responsible AI practices
