Overview
Looking for a Solution Architect with deep Reltio MDM expertise to lead architecture, design, and implementation for a large-scale Customer Master 2.0 program. The role spans enterprise-wide solution design, integration across ERP/CRM/DWH/Portal, real-time sync models, data quality frameworks, and advanced address validation using Loqate/Melissa.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end architecture for Reltio-based Customer/Contact/Address MDM.
Define canonical models, match-merge, survivorship, trust frameworks, workflows, and governance rules.
Architect integrations across SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Snowflake, and legacy ERPs with real-time sync.
Design address validation and enrichment via Loqate/Melissa within Reltio and Portal workflows.
Partner with UI/UX teams to define Customer Portal architecture (React + Node), SSO, metadata-driven forms, and approval flows.
Oversee synchronization across Portal, Reltio, ERP, CRM, and DWH systems.
Implement AI-driven data profiling, dedupe, anomaly detection, and global address verification.
Establish stewardship models, governance workflows, and access controls.
Architect API, ETL, and event-driven integrations; define ingestion/syndication patterns, error handling, and validations.
Guide DevOps, environment strategy, and deployment lifecycle across Dev Prod.
Required Skills & Experience
11+ years in Data Management / MDM architecture, with at least 3+ years in Reltio MDM.
Proven experience architecting Customer Master solutions using Reltio, including data modeling, DQ, match-merge, survivorship, and workflows.
Strong knowledge of address validation tools (Loqate, Melissa, Google Maps API, etc.) and integration into MDM platforms.
Hands-on experience in Reltio API framework, REST-based integrations, and workflow configuration.
Experience with ETL/Integration tools (Informatica IICS, Talend, or equivalent).
Strong understanding of Salesforce, Oracle ERP, SAP, and Snowflake integration with Reltio.
Experience implementing Customer Portal frontends using ReactJS, NodeJS, and SSO (OAuth/SAML) authentication.
Familiarity with AI/ML-based data quality and anomaly detection techniques.
Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform) for hosting MDM and Portal components.
Functional & Domain Skills
Expertise in Customer, Contact, Address, and Relationship hierarchies.
Deep understanding of Data Governance frameworks, Stewardship models, and Data Lineage principles.
Experience delivering Customer Master solutions for multi-OpCo or global enterprises.
Understanding of DSO workflows, metadata configurations, and OpCo-specific schemas.
