Description
we don't just build technology-we empower financial professionals to deliver exceptional experiences to their clients. We're looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Salesforce Architect to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-impact Salesforce solutions. In this hybrid role, you'll drive architectural strategy while staying close to the code-balancing vision with execution to solve complex problems and unlock business value.

You'll work at the intersection of innovation and impact-collaborating with business leaders, product owners, and engineers to shape the future of our enterprise Salesforce ecosystem. This isn't a hands-off architect role. You'll own the roadmap, influence direction, guide technical teams, and bring bold ideas to life through smart, scalable design.

Ideal candidates are technical experts with a passion for problem-solving, a collaborative mindset, and the confidence to speak up, lead discussions, and mentor others. If you're ready to build, innovate, and make your mark-this is your opportunity to shape what's next.

Essential Duties
As a key member of our Salesforce team, you'll:
Drive the overall Salesforce architecture and infrastructure strategy, identifying gaps and designing solutions that scale with the business.
Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions aligned to organizational goals using Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and other platform tools.
Lead the integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems to ensure secure, seamless data flow and high system performance.
Partner with stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to define technical requirements and contribute to the long-term Salesforce roadmap.
Oversee and contribute to the customization and configuration of Salesforce, ensuring alignment with compliance and security standards.
Mentor junior developers and administrators, fostering a culture of technical excellence and knowledge sharing across the team.
Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle including technical design, coding, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
Contribute to Agile ceremonies and help drive iterative value delivery using Agile and LeSS methodologies.
Remain current on Salesforce trends, development practices, and platform advancements to proactively inform architecture decisions.
Ensure all code and configurations are clean, secure, testable, and maintainable; support automated testing efforts to maintain quality.
Education & Experience
The ideal candidate will have an advanced level of experience in Salesforce data models, security architecture and best practices. Experience with Salesforce platform development including Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, SOQL, and Flow is strongly desired.
