Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Java Developer to lead and drive the development of Java, Microservices, and VueJS projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a passion for building scalable and high-performing applications. This role is crucial in ensuring the successful design, development, and delivery of complex solutions across multiple business domains.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage Java, Microservices, and VueJS development projects from concept to deployment.
  • Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect, design, and build scalable and efficient software solutions.
  • Maintain high standards of code quality, performance, and best practices through code reviews and technical oversight.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively.
  • Implement and optimize Microservices architecture and API-based integrations.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve system performance and development processes.
  • Manage tasks, prioritize project deliverables, and ensure projects are completed on time.


Qualifications:

Must Have:

  • Strong proficiency in Java programming and object-oriented design principles.
  • Deep experience in building Microservices architecture using Spring Boot or related frameworks.
  • Hands-on expertise with VueJS for frontend development and responsive web applications.
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices communication patterns, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes preferred).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with technical teams and stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to lead development teams and manage project timelines.
