Position Overview:

The Financial Analyst III / Government Price Reporting Associate will assist in reviewing and validating government pricing which may include (Medicaid (AMP/BP), Medicare Part B (ASP), Public Health Service(340B) and Non-FAMP (VA) to ensure accuracy and compliance of payments and financial reporting of Government Rebate programs. They will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely submission of these price types.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and process Medicaid rebate payments and partner with third-party vendors to resolve disputes.
  • Manage product data in systems such as JDE, MDP (Government System), Model N, and APEX.
  • Support financial operations related to product launches, acquisitions, and divestitures.
  • Process and validate Tricare (DoD) invoices and perform Part D dispute resolution.
  • Maintain and update internal documentation, methodologies, and SOPs in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with internal teams to provide analysis and documentation for government pricing and related audits or requests.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance compliance and efficiency.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve upstream data issues affecting price reporting.
  • Demonstrate adherence to corporate compliance, policies, and finance competencies.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in finance or government pricing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines in high-pressure environments.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation abilities.
  • Skilled in process improvement and data integrity.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general PC applications.
