Job Description:
Client is seeking an enthusiastic, experienced Salesforce.com Administrator with hands-on experience configuring solutions and supporting Salesforce (Level 1/2 support). Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 2 years of Salesforce.com experience, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a software development/information technology environment are required.
- Experience administering security in Salesforce, including org-wide default & sharing, profiles, roles, permission sets, public groups, and queues.
- Hands-on experience implementing business process automation (workflows, process builder, flows, and approval processes), reports & dashboards, and standard/custom objects/fields.
- Familiarity with Agile SDLCs, Object-Oriented Programming, and systems engineering principles.
- Experience working with Salesforce.com in a multi-tiered release environment, including hands-on configuration and release management experience.
Preferred Skill Sets & Experience (not a must):
- 3 – 5 years of experience with Jira, Jira Confluence, and Salesforce.com Communities.
- Any programming experience and working knowledge of SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SFDC programming languages (Apex, Visual Force, etc.).
- Financial Services Industry experience
- Salesforce.com Certified Administrator/Advanced Administrator, etc.
- Experience managing service providers and consultants.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Perform Salesforce configuration using Standard and Custom Objects, Page Layouts, Approval Processes/Workflows, and Flows.
- Collaborate with Lido department leaders to identify initiatives to enhance business processes – front of house and back of house.
- Collaborate with consultants and service providers and ensure their work products are done completely and in accordance with prevailing best practices.
- Maintain configuration documentation and training materials in our wiki knowledge base.
- End User Training, create training materials, hold training meetings for all users at Lido.
- Triage support requests and provide timely Level 1/2 support for business users which may include just-in-time configuration changes, break/fix patches, or permission changes.
