Ensure alignment with ServiceNow best practices and ITSM goals. Support System Acceptance/User Acceptance testing issue resolutions.

8 | Required | Senior ServiceNow Developer with over 7 years of experience in enterprise-level ServiceNow development |
7 | Required | Proficient in scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes) |
7 | Required | Flow Designer, and configuring ITSM modules such as Incident, Change, and Request. |
5 | Preferred | Experience with ServiceNow Intergrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server) CMDB or HRSD modules |
5 | Preferred | CMDB or HRSD modules, scoped application development, instance administration, upgrades, and ITIL v3/v4 practices. |
