Project/Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee the coordination and completion of multiple projects, ensuring they meet deadlines and objectives.
• Assign responsibilities to team members and monitor progress to ensure project milestones are met.
• Prepare comprehensive reports for upper management regarding the status of projects.
• Utilize your expertise to develop strategies and implement project plans that align with organizational goals.
• Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Skills

• Proven experience in project management with a strong understanding of project management methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing project requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in mobile operations or technology sectors is a plus.
• Certification in PMP or Lean Six Sigma is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated involvement in community or organizational initiatives beyond job responsibilities.
