Project/Program Manager

Responsibilities
- Oversee the coordination and completion of multiple projects, ensuring they meet deadlines and objectives.
- Assign responsibilities to team members and monitor progress to ensure project milestones are met.
- Prepare comprehensive reports for upper management regarding the status of projects.
- Utilize your expertise to develop strategies and implement project plans that align with organizational goals.
- Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Skills
- Proven experience in project management with a strong understanding of project management methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing project requirements.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in mobile operations or technology sectors is a plus.
- Certification in PMP or Lean Six Sigma is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated involvement in community or organizational initiatives beyond job responsibilities.
