Schedule: First Shift (8 AM - 5 PM), Onsite
Travel/On-Call: Occasional travel and remote support;

Overview:
TEKsystems is hiring a Desktop Support Technician to provide onsite IT support at a manufacturing plant in Carthage, MO. This role supports critical systems including workstations, phones, servers, and plant-connected devices. You'll work closely with global IT teams and plant personnel to ensure system reliability and support ongoing initiatives.

Overview:

Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues
- Maintain communication during issue resolution
- Track support tickets using service management tools
- Support system outages and downtime coordination
- Roll out new IT processes and equipment
- Ensure compliance with IT policies
- Lead or assist with IT projects
- Provide 24/7 support as needed
Qualifications:
- 3-4 years of IT support experience (manufacturing preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Familiarity with enterprise IT tools
- Ability to work independently
- Reliable personal vehicle required
