Aloha! One of Hawaii's local MSP clients, located on the island of Maui, is seeking a Help Desk analyst, to support one of their main clients, MECO (Maui Electric Company)
Responsibilities:
- Respond to user inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, or in-person.
- Proactively follow up with customer service issues and requests as needed to ensure service level expectations are met.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Document and track issues using a ticketing system.
- Escalate complex problems to higher-level support teams when necessary.
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and applications.
- Provide training and guidance to end-users on software and hardware usage.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to improve processes and support systems.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
