Position: ServiceNow Business Analyst with GRC Modules

Location: Halifax / Toronto, Canada - Hybrid

Duration: Long Term

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document risk management and compliance requirements.
• Act as the liaison between risk management teams and IT/ServiceNow developers to ensure GRC solutions meet business needs.
• Lead the implementation, configuration, and enhancement of ServiceNow Risk, Policy, Compliance, and Audit Management modules.
• Conduct gap analysis and process improvements to optimize risk workflows and controls within ServiceNow.
• Support the integration of ServiceNow with other risk and compliance tools.
• Create functional specifications, user stories for ServiceNow enhancements.
• Assist in the development and delivery of training and documentation for end users on risk management processes and ServiceNow functionalities.
• Monitor risk indicators, compliance status, and provide regular reports and dashboards using ServiceNow reporting tools.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and risk framework.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in business, IT, Risk Management, or related field.
• 4+ years experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on risk management, governance, risk, and (GRC).
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform in the Risk, Policy, Compliance, or Audit modules.
• Strong understanding of risk management frameworks
• Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation.
• Knowledge of IT risk, operational risk, and compliance concepts.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
• ServiceNow certification (e.g., Certified System Administrator, GRC Specialist) preferred.
