Job- UKG READY Sr Payroll Consultant
Work Location: Atlanta, GA (Remote)
Duration : 7 Months
- Industry experience: Payroll experience is required across multiple industries; this role requires basic US payroll knowledge to be able to identify customer needs and consult customers towards seeking professional resources when needed.
- Nice-to-have skills: HR Benefits, TLM, any kind of consulting background, project management, time management, Microsoft excel; Certified Payroll Professional; FPC
Job description:
- As a READY Payroll Solution Consultant, you will be responsible for leading current state assessments and identifying high level customer requirements, defining the business solutions and structures needed to realize these opportunities, and developing business case to achieve the vision.
- Advanced proficiency in UKG HR Payroll is required. Business Model Strategy, Business Design, Payroll Compliance, and Payroll Taxes at Advanced and Expert proficiency levels are suggested.
- Provides advanced-level knowledge of the UKG Ready (Legacy Kronos Workforce Ready) Payroll modules.
- Leads all aspects of workforce management configurations, implementations, modifications and upgrades of payroll initiatives including gathering and defining requirements, gap analysis, design, development and support.
- Creates detailed functional and technical design documents, including test plans, test cases, user training documents and implementation documentation.
- Handle escalated issues, understand client needs and tailor solutions and responses to meet these needs.
- Analyzes complex data or facts and summarizes and presents findings in a compelling way.
- Provides thought leadership to develop new or improved processes, methodologies, systems, tools and/or services to enhance clients' operating environment based on practical experience, optimal outcomes and best practices.
- Provides mentorship and knowledge transfer to our consulting base.
- Attends to administrative expense tracking and time keeping duties required for billing.
