Job Title: ADI Planner/Scheduler
Duration: 6 Months
Location: Tampa, FL
Shift: Standard Business Hours

POSITION CONCEPT
Operating with limited direction, this role partners closely with the ADI Construction Project Manager to provide planning, organizing, logistical, and coordination support for ADI field-device deployment; administer work requests and coordinate scheduled jobs related to ADI Field Devices, pLTE provisioning/cutovers, and associated follow-up activities. The position monitors materials, equipment, and communications hardware for work readiness and assists in optimizing construction-related operating resources across ADI, Telecom, and Planning & Scheduling. It prepares a rolling four-week look-ahead and participates in Plan of the Week meetings to review the following week s schedule with the ADI CPM, handing off construction documentation and schedules to ADI contractors. The role also reconciles material issues with Warehousing and Plant Accounting, performs invoice validation and resolves discrepancies with Procurement/AP, supports monthly accruals, and provides statvariance visibility to the ADI Construction Project Manager.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Provide planning, organizing, logistical and coordination support to ADI field-device deployment in close partnership with the ADI Construction Project Manager. Provide work request administration and work coordination for scheduled jobs related to ADI Field Devices, pLTE provisioning/cutovers, and associated follow-up activities. (25%)
2. Monitor materials, equipment, and comms hardware for work readiness. Assist with the overall optimization of construction-related operating resources across ADI, Telecom, and Planning & Scheduling. (25%)
3. Prepare a four-week look-ahead of planned ADI work and participate in Plan of the Week meetings to review the following week s schedule with the ADI Construction Project Manager. Handoff construction documentation and schedules to ADI Contractors. (25%)

SUPERVISION
Indirect: May function as a Team Leader; may serve as back-up during the absence of the ADI Construction Superintendent

RELATIONSHIPS
Key Internal: Planner-Schedulers, ADI Core Team, Distribution Engineering, DCC Operations, ADMS Modelers/OT, Telecom (pLTE), Procurement & Warehousing, Accounts Payable/Business Planning
Key External: Contractors, OEMs/integrators, design vendors, municipalities and permitting authorities, HOAs/community groups, customers impacted by planned work.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Training
Required: Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED
Preferred: Applicable Associates Degree, two-year technical degree or technical certification

Related Experience
Required: Minimum of five (5) years operations experience in underground and overhead distribution construction, field distribution design and/or lighting design; Experience must include progressively more complex assignments
College degree may be considered in lieu of up to two years of related experience.

Preferred: Proven leadership on projects, and other various assignments, of complexity and diversity is preferred.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Required: Demonstrated success in prior related work assignments. Must be self-motivated and possess strong analytical and project-related organizational and planning skills to ensure the successful coordination of multiple priorities and assignments. Must possess strong computer skills and a demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access. Must possess the verbal and written communication skills necessary to interface with both internal and external constituents.

Preferred: Knowledge of energy delivery operations and other major departments within the Company or within an electric utility environment.

WORKING CONDITIONS
