Role: Lead Talend Developer

Location:: Onsite to New York, NY to Dallas, TX and California.

Job Description::

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain ETL pipelines using Talend

  • Integrate data between Snowflake, Teradata, and Salesforce Cloud

  • Lead data integration from Unified Member View (UMV) to SFMC

  • Ensure data accuracy, performance, and reliability

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions

Required Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Talend ETL development

  • Solid expertise in Snowflake (data modeling, performance tuning)

  • Experience with Salesforce Cloud integrations (SFMC preferred)

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with large-scale data platforms

  • Healthcare or marketing data exposure
