Job Details

Position Summary:

Title: Designer UX Standard III

Duration: Long Term

Location: Washington, DC 20433

Hybrid Onsite: 4 Days per week onsite from Day1.

Overview: Interactive Designer with sharp analytical mindset Someone good with design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction models that support seamless and accessible user journeys. Must demonstrate a deep understanding of user behaviour and usability best practices. Prior experience designing interfaces for AI-driven or data-intensive applications, such as chatbots, predictive analytics tools, or intelligent assistants.

No Visual designers.

  • looking for a hands-on designer.
  • Interaction designs skills is a must have.
  • Visual design, research skills are optional/nice to have.
  • Any prior experience with UX/UI for AI solutions is a plus.

Must Have Skills:

  • Hands-on interaction design and rapid prototyping skills. Good micro-interaction and detailed scenario-specific mock up creation must have skills.
  • Ability to understand high-level requirements and clarify detailed requirements as part of an iterative design process.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Managing multiple projects from a UX perspective, being responsible for adherence to standards, for the timely and quality delivery of artifacts.
  • Financial experience is not required.
  • Knowledge/experience working with enterprise applications, UX for AI related use cases will be a big plus

Tools: Figma. The more proficient, the better but minimum Figma skills is mandatory.
