Job Title: Systems Analyst
Location: Hybrid- Austin, TX

Important Note: Candidates must currently reside within 50 miles of Austin, TX.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Systems Analyst 3 to support a PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 implementation with a focus on Accounts Receivable and Billing modules.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, system integration, and data mapping across legacy and third-party systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business objectives and define system solutions.

  • Conduct fit-gap analysis and gather user requirements.

  • Document processes, write functional specifications, and support testing efforts.

  • Perform hands-on integration testing and provide user support.

  • Collaborate effectively within a large remote team using Microsoft Teams.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 8+ years' experience as a Business Analyst with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2.

  • Strong expertise in Accounts Receivable and Billing module implementations.

  • Proven ability in fit-gap analysis, requirement gathering, and integration testing.

  • Proficiency in MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and MS Teams.

  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
