Job Details

Duties : Day to day execution and administration of Pricing, Promotions and Vouchers including thorough quality assurance and audit compliance. *Document and maintain process SOP for the use of Commerce systems *Analyze, translate and use data to garner meaningful insight and sound business decisions and/or proposals *Ability to work effectively as a member of a team and willingness to support during peak tax seasonalities Manage programs *Understand the end-to-end customer experience, from advertising to in-product and all pricing touch points, to facilitate effective quality control and troubleshooting. *Stay connected and involved through all campaigns, price tests, and seasonal changes/updates to facilitate quick pivots if/when needed. *Proactively identify risks and/or root causes, determine a course of action, then act decisively while balancing speed, agility and quality *Partner with stakeholders across the organization to consult on strategy, understand objectives, and develop better ways of reaching desired outcomes. Technology & Process improvements *Understands customer needs to promote an ideal future state for operations, actively seeking and recommending automation opportunities through AI. *Acts as a key stakeholder in Commerce solutions, contributing to requirement gathering, design reviews, testing, and communication. *Identifies barriers to scale and repeatability, recommending process and system tooling improvements.

Required Skills : 3+ years of experience in an operational or data driven role, with demonstrated willingness to learn or expand as the role requires, marketing operations role in E-commerce, with some responsibilities over product pricing and promotions.

General understanding of enterprise-level billing systems is a plus

Ability to work independently with limited supervision, self-driven and takes initiative to problem solve

Experience in a highly dynamic, fast paced and high intensity environment that requires multi-tasking, flexibility and agility to adapt quickly and effectively

Attention to detail, process-oriented

Strong organizational skills and oral/written communication skills across all levels

Strong critical thinking, problem-solving and decision-making abilities in order to translate customer requirements to technical capabilities

Proven experience building strong working relationships to solve multiple complex projects with stakeholders including engineering teams, marketers, PM and UX teams in order to collaborate creatively, problem solve and have a strong bias for action to deliver end-to-end results

Advanced knowledge in working with large data sets in Excel (VLOOKUPS, Pivot tables, Macros, etc.) and comfortable with large datasets in Excel / Googlesheet.

Intermediate experience using SQL for self-service/ad-hoc reporting (data visualization experience is a plus).

Familiarity with Jira, SFDC, CODA, Smartsheet, QuickBase, Tableau is a preferred.

Experience working with teams spanning multiple time-zones and flexible working hours. Experience in leveraging AI to ideate, build and deliver process efficiency gains

Education : Degree in Business, Marketing or Operations
