Cybersecurity Architect

Citizenship: US

Clearance: Top Secret with SCI eligibility

Location: Denton, TX

Responsibilities:

Provide leadership in the management of the Cybersecurity Engineering and Innovations Team activities and projects

Based on expertise, suggest and implement technical solutions to resolve capability gaps and to enhance performance with automation within the customer environment

Assist FEMA Government customer in security architecture planning by ensuring its strategic goals and development of IT infrastructure supports the mission as well as its security objectives.

Contribute technical expertise in the development and implementation of the modernized, state-of-the-art IT infrastructure, and implementation of enterprise-wide protection capabilities and safeguards.

Evaluate, test, recommend, integrate, implement, and/or support new methods, techniques, technologies, and products to improve operational efficiency and/or enable enhanced capabilities for FEMA NOSC.

Manage, at a senior level, the output and production of the MD&A team.

Provide Tier III level technical support to security events and incidents.

Support the FEMA Government customer in the development of Governance, including procedures and step-by-step instructional guides.

Effectively conduct task-organization with the MD&A team to ensure deliverable timelines and intent are met.

Clearly articulate challenges, both technical and administrative, to the customer and contractor management teams.
