Story Behind the Need
- This position will be supporting the CMS Final Rule (CMS 0057-F) program.
- The Enterprise Transformation Office (ETO) is a collective unit comprised of Project Management, Change Management, and Process Improvement functions. This position would be reporting into the Project Management Office (PMO) withing the ETO.
- This position would be the most senior PM on the team and is responsible for the end-to-end program. This position would be accountable for all projects within the program of which there are 3 PM's assigned already and working on their individual projects and sub-workstreams.

responsibilities:
Typical Day in the Role
- Project meetings, facilitation of program meetings, status reporting, problem solving, escalating risks/issues/decisions to leadership, executive report outs, Smartsheets and Planview oversight (Project Plan and RAID documentation)
- Performance Metrics:
- Successful delivery of requirements on time or in advance of CMS compliance dates: (1) 1/1/26, (2) 3/1/26, (3) 1/1/27
- Stakeholder satisfaction
- Unique: Program Manager with end-to-end responsibility across a team of 3 PM's and the projects/workstreams they support.
qualifications:
Candidate Requirements
- Required: Bachelor's Degree
- Years of experience required: 5+ of Project/Program Management
- Disqualifiers: No healthcare experience, no experience managing compliance/regulatory projects.
- Additional qualities to look for: Executive reporting experience, executive presence, interoperability experience, history of successfully managing large and complex regulatory/compliance driven projects within healthcare, experience with IT and business implementations, Smartsheets experience, Planview experience.
