- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, Master's degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in product engineering leadership roles.
- Applied deep technical expertise in an Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) environment, focusing on the design and optimization of PCBA testing protocols.
- Drive continuous improvement by utilizing Lean Six Sigma methodologies to reduce defects and increase throughput.
- Ensure strict compliance with ISO quality standards across all manufacturing processes.
- Proven track record of success in managing and delivering complex engineering projects on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of engineers.
- Experience working in a cross-functional environment.
