QA Associate Trading Systems (Manual Tester)

We are seeking an experienced QA Associate (Manual Tester) with 9 12 years in financial services QA for front-end trading systems. You ll collaboratively test and validate trading workflows and compliance, working with global teams and stakeholders in a high-pressure, fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform manual QA testing of front-end trading applications (front office equities workflows)

• Create comprehensive test cases in partnership with developers, BAs, and traders

• Conduct functional, regression, and ad-hoc testing for new features, bug fixes, and upgrades

• Validate workflows:

  • Front Office: Equities trading, global program trading, ETF, PnL, Stock loan, IOI, Market data

  • Middle Office: Booking, allocation, CTM, FIX

  • Compliance: RegNMS, RegSHO, TRF, ORF, TRACE, CAT

• Defect management and tracking with JIRA

• Troubleshoot via logs, SQL, and test analysis

• Work independently and collaboratively in global teams

Requirements:

• 9+ years of QA testing in financial services; strong manual trading application expertise

• Knowledge of equities workflows and front office tech

• Hands-on with FIX protocol (order flow, allocations)

• Familiarity with compliance reporting

• Linux/Unix, SQL, and Microsoft Excel proficiency

• JIRA for bug tracking

• Excellent documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience
