We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst to work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, gather requirements, and translate them into actionable insights and solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving business improvements through data-driven analysis.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and requirements.
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirements gathering sessions to elicit and document business requirements.
  • Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., development, QA, project management) to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct impact analysis and risk assessment to ensure proposed solutions align with business goals and requirements.
  • Assist in the development of business cases, feasibility studies, and project documentation.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide support during the implementation and rollout of solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience (X years) as a Business Analyst or similar role in software development or IT projects.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret complex data and business processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of business analysis techniques, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Experience with requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) and documentation standards.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
  • Relevant certifications in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) are desirable but not required.
