Description
We are looking for a skilled Technical Program Manager to lead and oversee multiple cybersecurity incident response projects in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This contract-to-hire position involves managing critical engagements with end users, cyber insurance providers, and incident response teams. The ideal candidate will excel in stakeholder collaboration, project organization, and ensuring seamless communication across all parties. This position is a remote opportunity.
Responsibilities:
Manage multiple cybersecurity incident response projects simultaneously, ensuring effective communication and alignment among all stakeholders.
Coordinate and lead calls with clients, maintaining a detail-oriented approach and delivering timely updates and reports.
Oversee project timelines and scope, handling approximately 3-4 projects per week initially and scaling to 10-20 engagements weekly.
Provide structured support to clients during high-pressure situations, ensuring clear escalation paths and smooth workflows.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment across all aspects of the project.
Maintain accurate and organized project documentation and databases using customized tools for tracking and reporting.
Assist sales representatives in coordinating projects, offering guidance and support as needed.
Adapt to early-morning schedules to accommodate client needs and calls, demonstrating flexibility and commitment.
Requirements
PMP Certification or equivalent project management accreditation.
Proven experience in technical program management, preferably within cybersecurity environments.
Strong background in managing stakeholders and maintaining alignment throughout project lifecycles.
Expertise in program and project management methodologies.
Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
Familiarity with incident response processes and strategies.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to challenging timelines.
Proficiency in using project tracking tools and maintaining accurate documentation.
