Description Of Services:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of our ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth expertise in CMDB management, MID Server configuration, ITOM (IT Operations Management), API development, and advanced configurations like mTLS and Software Bill of Material (SBOM) modeling. This role also involves creating and deploying custom health dashboards and optimizing out-of-the-box dashboards to enhance operational insights and business outcomes.

Deliverables:
1. ServiceNow Platform Development & Administration o Architect, configure, and manage the ServiceNow CMDB for effective asset and service tracking. o Deploy and maintain MID Servers to enable robust system integrations and data aggregation. o Drive ITOM implementations, including Discovery, Event Management, and Service Mapping.

2. Dashboards and Monitoring Solutions o Develop and deploy custom health dashboards tailored to customer and organizational requirements. o Enhance and maintain out-of-the-box dashboards for better data visualization and reporting.

3. Integration and API Development o Design and implement secure APIs (REST/SOAP) for seamless system integrations. o Ensure compliance with security protocols, including mTLS configuration for secure data communications.

5. Stakeholder Collaboration o Work closely with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. o Provide leadership and mentorship to junior developers and administrators.

6. Documentation and Best Practices o Maintain detailed documentation for configurations, workflows, integrations, and customizations. o Adhere to and promote best practices for change management and system governance.
