Job Title: Senior Business Intelligence Engineer

Industry: Mass Media & Entertainment

Location: Bristol, CT OR Glendale, CA (Hybrid, 4 days per week on-site)

Duration: 12 months +

Rate: up to $89.50/HR

As a Senior Business Intelligence Data Engineer, you will be responsible for creating analytical solutions for our business partners in Ad Sales (Linear & Addressable), Finance and Media organizations. Utilizing SDLC best practices, you will work closely with Product Management, Program Management and Data Platform teams to build an understanding of the business process and data relationships to support the creation of world-class analytical products.

Responsibilities: Design and develop analytical solutions. Actively participate in daily stand-ups and other scrum ceremonies. Collaborate with team members to design new solutions and drive alignment across partner teams. Maintain detailed documentation of your work and changes to support sustainability and data governance requirements. Utilize best-practices to drive efficiency, accuracy and performance.

Basic Qualifications:

5+ years of experience with MicroStrategy, Tableau or Power BI. Ability to develop, optimize, and understand complex SQL queries. Strong understanding of Data Warehousing principles. Strong communication skills written and verbal presentations. Excellent conceptual and analytical reasoning competencies. Familiarity with Agile Scrum principles and ceremonies.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience building solutions for an Ad Sales (Media) organization. Experience using Python or JavaScript
