Job Summary:
We are hiring a Senior Infor Consultant to lead the implementation and optimization of Infor EAM, M3, Factory Track, and Supplier Rebate solutions for a major manufacturing client. This is a high-impact role for someone with deep expertise in Infor cloud platforms, mobile deployments, legacy system migrations, and third-party integrations. You ll be instrumental in driving digital transformation across complex manufacturing environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead global implementations of Infor Supplier Rebate, EAM, and Factory Track
Configure and deploy Factory Track modules (Time Track, Shop Floor, Inventory Handling) integrated with Infor M3
Implement cloud/mobile solutions to enhance shop floor and field operations
Integrate Infor platforms with systems like Oracle ERP, SAP, ADP, IBM iSeries, and OEM tools
Manage data migration strategies with integrity and traceability
Conduct workshops: Requirements Gathering, CRP, UAT, and Training
Document blueprints, technical specs, process maps, and user manuals
Customize Infor apps to match specific manufacturing workflows
Lead migration from Oracle EAM and Salesforce SCM to Infor platforms
Automate testing/data validation with Python and PowerShell
Use IBM Cognos Analytics for advanced reporting and BI
Required Qualifications:
Certified in Infor EAM, M3, and/or Factory Track (CloudSuite preferred)
14+ years of hands-on Infor experience with 5+ full lifecycle implementations
Successfully completed migrations from Oracle EAM or Salesforce SCM
Deep knowledge of Infor Factory Track/EAM including mobile and shop floor ops
Familiarity with Oracle SCM modules (Purchasing, Inventory, Payables)
Skilled in config, migration, dashboards, alerts, workflows, and triggers
Experience with Agile & Waterfall project methodologies
Excellent communicator and facilitator
Preferred Skills:
Expert in Factory Track modules: Time Track, Shop Floor, Inventory Transactions
Integration experience via Infor OS/ION and middleware tools
BI/reporting with IBM Cognos Analytics or equivalent
Familiar with MES and shop floor automation technologies
